According to research more babies are born during the summer months than at any other time of the year which means that in the autumn and winter, couples are getting busy in bed!
Why do more men and women try to get pregnant during the colder months of the year?
As with most things, the answer most likely lies in nature. The survival rate of babies born in the wild is greatly increased during the warmer summer months than of course when food is scarce and the weather is cold during the winter. We humans have central heating but most likely our biological clocks haven’t caught up with technology yet. (more…)
