What is premature ejaculation?
Premature ejaculation (coming too soon) is when a man ejaculates either before penetration of the woman’s vagina actually takes place or very quickly afterwards. This is not to be confused with ‘having a quickie’ which by its very nature is intended to produce a fast result generally in less than 3 minutes.
Premature ejaculation is simply a case of ejaculating before the man wants to. (more…)
Sexually aroused but can’t ejaculate – increase your sperm production naturally
Approximately one in ten men find that despite being very turned on and sexually aroused (evident by a hard erection) they are unable to reach a climax (orgasm) and ejaculate when having sexual intercourse with their partner. They are confident that the problem isn’t related to their health because they are able to ejaculate during masturbation. The inability for a man to orgasm and ejaculate while having sex with a partner is called delayed ejaculation. (more…)

Many people believe that Human Growth Hormone can only be replaced via very costly and very painful injections, and surprisingly, they would be right. Actual synthetic Human Growth Hormone can only be administered by injection, and rightly only by a Medical Practitioner. This form of Human Growth Hormone is only given to people who have a growth hormone deficiency or those who are willing to pay for expensive and painful treatment. However, this is not the only solution for those of us who are seeking an alternative treatment, as evidence is now available which maintains that as we get older our Pituitary Gland does not stop producing Growth Hormone, only the rate in which it releases it. Therefore, there are now many oral Growth Hormone Releasers, known as Growth Secretagogues¹, readily available on the market. (more…)
Maca is cultivated in many countries, but only naturally grows in two places; the first being  the Andes Mountains of Peru, where it survives at altitudes of 3500 to 4450 metres above sea level,  apart from Alpine Grasses and bitter potatoes nothing else can survive the severe frost at this altitude¹.  The second place is the Bolivian Andes where it grows alongside several related wild species².    It has a deep pungent smell because of the Glucosinolates that it contains.  Glucosinolates are the compounds that make all forms of the mustard family smell and taste as they do.  Even though Maca can be red, cream, black or purple, no different colour has been proven to have more beneficial properties than another. (more…)

Within our central nervous system Serotonin plays a critical part in in the regulation of Depression, Anxiety, Sleep, Aggression, Temperature, Appetite, Sexual Behaviour and the Sensation of Pain. Cells in other parts of the body also use and make Serotonin, but all Serotonin used by our Brain Cells has to be made within the Neurons, as Serotonin cannot cross the blood-brain barrier. Serotonin is produced by an Amino Acid called Tryptohan.
5-Hydroxytryptophan, (5-HTP), is also an Amino Acid naturally produced by the body from the essential Amino Acid Tryptohan through a process called Enzyme Tryptophan Hydroxylase.  The action of Tryptophan Hydroylase can be inhibited by many different influences, some of these include, Stress, Vitamin B6 deficiency, and Insulin Resistance, thus making the Tryptophan unavailable for Serotonin production.  As mentioned earlier, if not enough Serotonin is produced then the regualtion of  Depression, Anxiety, Sleep, Aggression, Temperature, Appetite, Sexual Behaviour and the Sensation of Pain, may be effected.

It is a well known fact that at least half of all men will experience some form of Erectile Dysfunction between the ages of 40 – 70 years old. Many of these experiences will resolve themselves without any form of treatment, but for some men, this condition can be the cause of worry and self doubt.
The first thing to remember when suffering from Erectile Dysfunction is that there is help out there. For a lot of men, talking about it with a Doctor can make the situation worse, but you must be aware that Erectile Dysfunction can be a direct result of a more serious condition.
So, what is Erectile Dysfunction? Well, medically speaking, the definition of Erectile Dysfunction is ‘The inability to get and maintain an erection that is sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse’; it is also known as Impotence. (more…)

A doctor with 30 years experience has written a letter to the British Medical Journal outlining his concerns regarding the lack of seriousness taken with regards to men suffering from Erectile Dysfunction.Â
Dr Hackett who is a consultant in Urology (sexual health), states in his letter that he was ‘disturbed to once again see an article on Cardiovascular risk that totally ignores the massive evidence base linking Erectile Dysfunction with Cardiovascular risk’. He then goes on to write, ‘For years, I have seen patients referred with Erectile Dysfunction after a coronary event to hear that they developed Erectile Dysfunction two or three years beforehand, went to their General Practitioner, but were dismissed’. Amino Acids are the chemical units, or ‘building blocks’ of the body that make up proteins. Protein substances make up our muscles, tendons, organs, glands, nails, and hair. Growth, repair and maintenance of all cells are dependent upon them. Next to water, protein makes up the greatest portion of our body weight.
